Every app stays free to use. Premium will add features for heavier use: more businesses, organisations, bigger tournaments. Prices will be announced at launch.

Your data stays on your device. Kwenta books and AralAI progress never leave your phone or computer to check your plan. Premium is a small signed licence file the app checks offline. The only Premium feature that stores anything online is Kwenta's cloud backup, and it is encrypted on your device with your passphrase first.

Paying

Pay with GCash, Maya, a credit or debit card, or online bank transfer, through a licensed Philippine payment provider. We never see or keep your card or e-wallet details. Plans are paid ahead for a month or a year; nothing is charged automatically, and we email you before a term ends so you can renew.

Questions

Does Premium send my books or progress anywhere?

No. The apps check a licence file on your device. Your Kwenta books and AralAI progress stay where they are. AralAI learners in a school or company plan choose to share a short progress summary with their organiser when they join; nothing else is shared.

Are payslips part of Premium?

No. Payslips (print, or save as PDF to email to your employees) are on every plan, including Free. Plans differ in how many active employees each business can run payroll for: up to 3 on Free, 25 on Kwenta Premium, 100 on Kwenta Business, and more on a custom plan.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The licence is checked on the device. It refreshes itself when you are online, and keeps working for 14 days without a connection after it runs out.

What happens when my plan ends?

Everything free keeps working, and you never lose your data. In Kwenta, if you have more businesses than the free plan allows, the extra ones become read-only: you can still open, print, export, back up and delete them, and pick which one stays editable.

Do I need an account?

Only for Premium: an email address, signed in with a one-time code (no passwords). The free apps need no account.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from your account page. Plans are paid ahead and don't renew by themselves, so cancelling simply means we won't remind you to renew; your plan stays active to the end of the term you paid for.

Our refund policy will be published here before sales open.

Will I get an official receipt?

Yes: every payment gets a numbered receipt on your account page, with your name, TIN and address if you add them for a business purchase.

How will schools and companies pay?

Organisation plans will be priced by the number of learner seats, for a year at a time. Seats can be added during the year; fewer seats apply from the next term. Prices will be announced at launch.
